November 18th was a day of pure thrills and excitement for CHASE-DURER executives Marianne Chase and David Elan as they sat in special front row seats to watch the U.S. Air Force THUNDERBIRD Flying Team perform almost unbelievable precision formation maneuvers, nearly touching each others wings as they flew just above the ground at Nellis Air Force Base in Las Vegas.

It was the 50th anniversary of the THUNDERBIRDS and all THUNDERBIRD pilots from the very beginning were invited to special ceremonies held over a three day period. Eight hundred former and current THUNDRBIRD pilots and their families arrived at Nellis AFB to immerse themselves in the three day reunion. It was a time to catch up with old comrades and see the current pilots perform with the latest aircraft technology. What they do is spectacular and almost indescribable. Suffice it to say, such excitement ranks with the most thrilling moments of a lifetime.
